The quest Mow 'Em Down! http://ageofempiresonline.wikia.com/wiki/Mow_'Em_Down! is bug.
The bug is this:
-I kill 4 Bandit War Leaders but only 1 or 2 count for the quest. I try to restart it but always happens the same.
Please fix this quest as soon as possible, because we need to complete this quest to progress in the game.

"Sometimes it seems if you manually tell things to kill a unit then you
don't get credit for it on a couple of quests. So go through it and try
not telling your units to kill the units that you have to get for the
mission: TC, homer, guards. Just let your army auto target them. Hope
they fix this soon since it seems to be mostly a bug in early lvl quests
and it could be a big turn off for new players."
For this quest though it would be the War Leaders, not TC/Homer/Guards
