wanted to ask if they could put together a Spanish forum about the game
in order to provide information in Spanish-speaking customers

All discussion on these forums must be conducted in a common language (English) so that all community members can participate. Now that the non-disclosure agreement it would be perfectly acceptable to a fansite dedicated to the Spanish speaking community. It's possible as well that we will add support for a Spanish section of the forums after launch.
