Not only Credit Card should be allowed to pay.

|||Had the same problem first but found out you can buy Livepoints from other sources either to then get a code to insert on the Livepage.
I used this http://www.gamesload.de/ and bought the code via click & buy.

I tried that all day long too...no positive results in Chile ....
|||i recently bought a premium civ and i was a paypal link when filling out the billing info.|||Probably on the US profile of Live , but i changed that today to Chile hoping to get the paypal option, now I have to wait 1 year ( Yes, ONE full year ) to change my profile to US location again.
That Sucks.
|||you should try calling or e-mailing tech support or who ever about that the 1 year limit is typically to prevent abusing certain regional restrictions, im sure if you contact them and tell them that you were trying to find the paypal option they'll change your region for you.|||I have the paypal option eather on the german microsoft xbos site.
