BUG: Quest: Hector must fall

For this quest you need to kill "Hector" and 10 of his elite guards after killing like 15 of em i realized they didn't count so i cleaned the entire map (this literly took me about 4 hours) still nothing happened. this is the only quest i can do at the moment (besides from repeatable quests) so i hope you fix this soon.

|||i just had that too! i killed them all and i only got 1 of the 10 guards, they have to fix this, i just spend 3 hours doing this quest all for nothing. please microsoft do something?!|||

Just to update, I'm level 21 and I've tried this quest a total times of 4 Singleplayer tries and 2 Coop Tries, My Host or my partner that i do the coop with gets the quest just fine, but all 6 of the combined tries, I've always been stuck on 1/1 Hector and 1/10 Elite Guards for completitions.

It's annoying that i cannot progress any further in the game and must resort to dailies to level up, Please fix this :)

|||Found I was able to fix this problem by abandoning the quest, logging off, logging back on again and picking it back up. Hope this helps till a better fix is avaliable!
