Make the Pro Civilizations start at 40 so we don't have to level grind them. I have to be honest and say I am not planning on buying any more civilizations after I get the ones from Season Pass 1. I hate level grinds. The thought of having to level grind a civilization after paying for it really sucks.
I am just about level 32 with the Egyptians and am tired of the level grind. I will hit level 32 then work on the Greek. I think the idea of making people level is detrimental to selling civilizations. Who wants to buy a civilization that they are going to have to grind to get it?
|||I think the leveling is the coolest thing about this game. I don't even understand why they are starting Persia at 20, seems like a waste, I can only guess it's a cop-out so they don't have to develop a campaign for them while still charging full price.
To me people asking for level 40 civs to buy is like asking to buy level 85s in WoW or any other MMO. It's like, why would you want to skip over the whole game just for the end? Why not play another genre where you don't have levels?
Anyway I'd only support the suggestion if it was optional, possibly even more expensive. IE you can buy a civ that starts at level 1 for $20 or the same civ that starts at level 40 for $25. I would really, really, hate if my favorite civ comes out and it's "pro only" and starts at 40.

Wow that was a backwards supportive comment from WoW's standpoint. Which you have completely wrong, sadly.
In WoW, Death Knights started at 58.
In WoW, it was declared them to be the first 'hero' class, and thus overpowered...which is true even to today.
In WoW, to *BE* a death knight, you had to PREVIOUSLY have a character above their starting level, to MAKE a death knight.
It was because a large portion of the population did not want to start at level 1. But the underlying reason was because there was no territory content for death knights to exist in for lower levels. They couldn't wrap them into good/evil because they were being used for the lich king expansion and shadowmourne and blablabla lore bla bla. Anyways. That's why Dk's were 58 when they started.
|||You can start a new city on another server for free.
I hated the fact DKs started at 55 (sorry you're both wrong >_>), but even still at the time the cap was 80 and 55 was well below the halfway point in the total amount of time it took to get to 80. WoW was a terrible example of what I meant anyway, since it's so end-game focused, but I only used it because everyone knows it.
