the idea is as follows.
To intergrate a resource managment/ regrowth system into the game.
You could have the following
1.A forester for planting and regrowing trees.
2 .A hearder for managing live stock allowing for new cows (maybe sheep and pigs added) to be born.
3.A prospector for building a deep mine. This could be a mine shaft which you can send settlers down to mine resources.
To ensure they done get abused there could be a cap on the number buildable. Such as two or a limitation on the type you can have. For example if you select gold you can not build stone mines etc.
Each of the above would have a longer time penalty for the growth of the resource or the gathering of the resource to ensure it can not be used as a "I WIN CARD" but is still on a benifit.
