Not sure if its mentioned before but I would like a new chat window. I constantly receive tells or party chat in the general chat window only to not see it because I'm looking at something in my city or at quests and the amount of chatter from others causes it to be missed if I'm not looking for it.
With a new chat window the private tells or party chat won't be missed since its only through a couple of people not the entire server.
